September 26th, 2017 – With the weather seasons changing I find myself now running through much emptier parks. Today was another day for road work, this time I had to train sprint intervals on hills. I finished up my workout, pretty dang proud of my noticeable strength progress. I am having a much easier time holding my hips up higher on my tuck planches and can hold my handstands much longer.
After my workout I jogged over to my hill and sprinted back and forth for the next half hour. When I got home my body was feeling tired, so for a reward I drank up a cool cup of Powerade right after a cold shower.
