Day 276 – Potter’s Field

April 19th, 2017 – There’s a large empty field I use to pass by each morning when leaving to my old job. There is a very noticeable monument that stands in the center, but I never knew what the significance of this monument was.

During my triathlon training today I went biking past this field to check out the monument that stood out on this field. The plague on this field described it as an old Potter’s field that has since been retired half a century ago. It’s pretty surprising what can be learned about these small monuments with just a small bit of learning.
