Day 262 – One, Two, Three

March 30th, 2017 – Despite my best efforts to fix my snapped jump ropes I was not able to stick them back together. After work today I went off to purchase a new jump rope for today’s workout. The workout today included practicing double unders, a technique I’m still not use to. After a bit of practice I successfully got three double unders in a row.  My goal is to one day hit 50 in a row. Gotta keep practicing!
