February 13th, 2017 – Today is another strength training day meaning it’s time to workout hard. After work it was time for sets of dead lifts, pull ups, and one-arm push ups. Towards the end I squeezed in 20-minutes of cardio with some rowing. I have to admit, I was pretty exhausted after my workout making me sluggish during my rowing regime.
Later in the evening it was time for Krav Maga for knife defenses. Ended up getting quite a few bruises in the end. Just a few more battle wounds in my Quest for improvement!
