Day 215 – The 15-min walk

January 19th, 2017 – After pushing it hard yesterday I decided to dedicate today as my rest day. After I finished work and some homework I took some time to fit in a 30-minute yoga session and a walk. I chose to finish off a quick Quest from Nerd Fitness Academy-go on a walk for 15 minutes-to give myself enough time to do a little bit more homework before heading off to class.
