November 24th, 2016 – It’s Thanksgiving and that means it’s time to stuff your stomach beyond it’s capacity. Every year I have a tradition to eat light and workout hard on Thanksgiving. For this year I decided to incorporate a long run with several 30 second sprints in between.
It felt great to to build up a massive sweat before dinner. I ended up burning up a lot of calories before I stuffed myself with two Thanksgiving dinners.
