November 23rd, 2016 – It’s Thanksgiving break at my university which means no class tonight for me. After I got off work I went to finish up some homework assignments than went for a jog towards a nearby hill. For my 5-minute workout program I needed to incorporated Hill Sprints. The meant going at top speed up the hill with recovery in between sets. My goal was to make my last set faster than my first. I managed to complete this goal, and man was it exhausting.
