Day 133 – Setting Workout Goals

September 22nd, 2016 – It is now the 2nd week since my friend and I started to work out together. Since he moved into his new house he has been hitting the gym less and less. For me, I have been swaying from staying fit instead of getting stronger.

As we worked out we reminded ourselves of our goals, we both shared just what we needed to do to reach them. We then drew up a list of the goals we want to achieve and put it on a whiteboard. Whenever we workout at the gym these will be the goals we see and remind ourselves what we strive for.
