Day 131 – Being Basic

September 20th, 2016 – Today my girlfriend joined me for my workout. She was interested in increasing strength in her biceps so I showed her several workouts she can do to improve on her strength. Meanwhile I went to work on my usual workout of training 1 Arm Pull-ups and increasing my Leg Power. Between each set I examined her workout to assure she is doing good form and not doing too much weight at once.

After we finished our workout we found that we had some time to kill before class started. I decided to take her out for an extremely rare treat of Frozen Yogurt at a place called Menchies. It’s been a helluva long time since we last came here, but man do I miss their delicacies.
