Day 125 – Moving to the Gym

September 13th, 2016 – The weather is getting colder meaning I will be getting less opportunities to train outside. I decided to spend my post-work workout time at my University’s gym. I moved onto one handed pull-ups and started a training regime that has me work on them 3 times a week.

I have to say, while the workout is pretty exhausting, the feeling is miles ahead of working on Pull-Up endurance.
