Day 62 – Pike Lake Trail Park, Minnesota

June 21, 2016 – Today I managed to fit another successful workout filled with swimming, biking, and running. After my swim today I decided to go for a short ride to another-not so well ventured-trail known as “Manning Trail”.

I parked my bike next to an LA fitness then went running to get to the trail’s entrance. This trail hides itself behind a wall that separates it from the Highway. Trekking through the trail brings you to Pike Lake Trail Park, a grassy trail that surrounds itself around a small pond. This Park is also surrounded by the large body of water known as Pike Lake.

I was able to find several dirt trails that lead directly to a some logs prompt for sitting and a space cleared for a lovely view of the lake.
